The program is organized by the Vietnam Fine Arts Association in coordination with Quang Ninh province at the Quang Ninh Provincial Museum - Library.
The exhibition introduces 200 works by 200 painters and sculptors who are members of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association; members and art collaborators from Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh and Hai Phong City.
The works focus on historical, revolutionary, construction and defense of the Fatherland, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style... with exploration and creativity in form, language, and materials bearing their own identity.
The Regional Fine Arts Exhibition II is an annual activity of painters, sculptors and artists in provinces and cities in the Red River Delta region.
At the exhibition, the Art Council of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association selected works to award prizes. As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 B prizes, 1 C prize and 5 consolation prizes;
On this occasion, the Vietnam Fine Arts Association also awarded certificates of merit and commemorative medals to collectives and individuals and introduced some works to propose for consideration for the award of the Vietnam Union of Literary and Art Associations.
According to the plan, the exhibition will last until the end of September 3, 2026.
