For 24 years, Ms. Truong Thi Tra My (24 years old, Ho Chi Minh City) grew up with scrutinizing glances and teasing words that seemed unintentional but were haunting. The repeated words every day made the young girl gradually withdraw, living in inferiority and lack of confidence.
Born in an unfortunate situation, once abandoned from a young age, Tra My was taken in and nurtured by her adoptive mother. For her, changing her appearance is not only a personal desire, but also an opportunity to confidently work and be able to take care of her mother who sacrificed for her.
The turning point came when My participated in the program "Metamorphosis Journey" season 7. According to Dr. Richard Huy - Professional Director of Kangnam Aesthetic Hospital, My's case needs to undergo many complex dental and maxillofacial orthopedic surgeries to significantly improve her appearance.

Another story is Trong Nhan (29 years old), who once hit the bottom of his health when his weight exceeded 260 kg. He can hardly walk more than 200 meters, often has difficulty breathing but still thinks he is "just a little fat". Only when his health indicators simultaneously warned him such as high blood fat, increased blood pressure, fatty liver, sleep apnea..., did he realize: "If I don't change, I will die".
After a journey of losing weight from more than 260 kg to 90 kg, Mr. Trong Nhan appeared at the program with the story of a person who has overcome his own limits. During the time accompanying the contestants at the "common house", what impressed him the most was the courage. "Looking at you guys, I feel like I was before, daring to change, daring to face myself. I see you guys are very strong," Mr. Nhan shared.
He has undergone two surgeries and there are still two ahead. However, instead of worrying, Nhan chose to look forward with confidence. "After two surgeries, I am more confident, I can wear the clothes I like. In the next stages, I believe in the team of doctors," he said.
Trong Nhan's journey is not only changing his appearance, but also a journey to regain confidence and the right to master life.
