On the occasion of November 20 this year, Mai Tuan continued to save his own funds to make a series of MVs as a tribute to the teaching profession that he has been involved in for many years. For music lovers in his hometown, Mai Tuan is a familiar singer of lyrical music, having made his mark in the series "Mua thuy".
Few people know that in addition to singing, he is also a math teacher with many years of teaching. A peaceful life, an income from teaching is just enough to cover his living expenses but it has never kept him from his love of music.

On the occasion of November 20, he introduced a series of new MVs including "Mua troi be con" by musician Tran Tien, "Yeu sao luong teacher" by musician Do Tuyet Nhi and "Nhien mua thuong tinh" by musician Tran Minh Phi on YouTube channel Mai Tuan Singer. The songs have gentle colors, reminiscent of teacher-student love and memories under the roof of the school. All production costs were saved by him from the modest savings of a teacher.
Everyone thought that being a singer would make me rich, but Mai Tuan was different. Because I am busy teaching, I rarely accept shows. A life of teaching is enough to cover. The cost of making the MV must be saved from teaching, he shared. That sincerity made his November 20 project receive sympathy from audiences who love lyrical music and those who work in the teaching profession.
Although he did not promote widely, Mai Tuan still hoped his music would spread to his colleagues in the education sector, students and audiences who loved his hometown's music. For him, each MV is not only an artistic product but also a reminder of his time teaching - a period when he devoted much effort to imparting knowledge to his students.
He currently owns the YouTube channel Mai Tuan Singer to share music and everyday stories, although not much is known to the audience. There were times when he was also heartbroken when the number of views was not as expected, but he told himself, "as long as there were more listeners, it was worth paying attention to".
In addition to artistic activities, the life of the teacher - singer still revolves around teaching. He composes, goes to class, scores, and then takes advantage of the evening to record or film a MV. The busy pace of life is "bustling and happy" for him, because both jobs are associated with a love for the profession and music.
Looking back on his journey, Mai Tuan did not focus on fame. What he hopes for most is that every November 20th, he can send teachers, students and audiences sincere music products as a thank you for the teaching profession - the profession he has chosen and is always proud of.
