The event gathered a large number of artists such as Thanh Thuy, Ma Ran Do, Do Nhat Hoang, Dinh Khang, Lan Thy, Phung Khanh Linh and many young faces of the film crew.
At the exchange, director Chung Chi Cong shared his 7-year journey of "circumciding" before implementing the project. He and producer Thu Thuy used to do advertising for a long time to accumulate resources, with the desire to make a true movie instead of bearing revenue pressure. "If I need revenue, I just need to do advertising. But I want to make a movie and do it to the end," the male director said emotionally.
The film belongs to the romantic - family genre combined with musical elements, surprising with many large-scale invested scenes. The music part is directed by Music Director Pham Hai Au, composing 7/14 songs in the film.
The theme song "Thank you for staying up with me" performed by Phung Khanh Linh contributes to shaping the emotional color throughout the work. According to Pham Hai Au, making a musical film is a big challenge when audience tastes are increasingly diverse and strict, requiring serious investment from the harmony to recording stage.

The special highlight of the premiere night was the live performance of Nguyen Hung's song "O trong khu rung" (In the Forest). This is a song composed and performed by him himself in the movie, associated with the inner world of the character Duy Khang. The live performance brought a lingering atmosphere to the auditorium, with simple lyrics and emotional melodies.
Nguyen Hung also revealed that he regretted not choosing to sing "Magic" when casting for the male lead role, but his current choice helped him find harmony with the character.
The red carpet of the premiere also featured the appearance of a cast of young actors such as Tran Doan Hoang, Vo Phan Kim Khanh, Chi Pham, Phuong Nam, Nguyen Lam Thao Tam and two child actors Tu Anh and Candy Khanh Dan. The presence of many new faces was considered by director Chung Chi Cong as "a belief for unknown but ambitious actors".
The movie "Cam on nguoi da thuc cung toi" (Thank you for staying up with me) premieres from February 27th, 2026 (the 11th day of Tet) with the K category, promising to bring an emotional film choice for family audiences at the beginning of the year.
