On the evening of September 28, the movie "Iron Family" starring Kim Jung Hyun, Geum Sae Rok, and Choi Tae Joon will air.
The story revolves around the Cheongnyeom laundry family and their youngest daughter Lee Da Rim (Geum Sae Rok) - who suffers from a disease that limits her vision - as she reunites with Seo Kang Joo (Kim Jung Hyun) - her college friend.
Taking on the role of Cha Tae Woong - a part-time employee at Cheongryeom, and also having feelings for Lee Cha Rim (Yang Hye Ji) - Da Rim's older sister, Choi Tae Joon initially attracted attention.
Especially when his wife - Park Shin Hye is also returning to the small screen with the movie "The Judge from Hell". The movie aired from the evening of September 21 with impressive viewership ratings, reaching 6.8% and 9.3% respectively.
Regarding his return to the small screen at the same time as his wife, Choi Tae Joon expressed: "I've never had to answer a question like this in such a setting, so I'm a bit nervous. We haven't discussed it much, but we're both very supportive and encourage each other to do their best."
The actor said that to act in the movie “Iron Family”, he tried to recreate the image of Tae Woong - a charming but complicated guy. He also focused on losing weight to fit the scenes, notably the scene where Tae Woong and Da Rim scrub each other’s backs.
“I thought Da Rim should feel a little moved, so I practiced hard. I'm curious to see what the results will be when the drama airs,” he said.
