The exhibition promises to bring a unique visual space, the freshness of two harmonious painting styles, creating a deep harmony of love, people and nature.
The exhibition is organized by Sigma Gallery, at 107 N3C Global City Street, Ho Chi Minh City. The exhibition period of works by two artists Dang Thu An and Nguyen Duc Huy will last from December 5, 2025 to January 5, 2026.
Both graduating from Hue University of Arts, two artists Dang Thu An and Nguyen Duc Huy are typical faces of Vietnamese contemporary fine arts, bringing a humane artistic dialogue. The exhibition is a harmonious combination of feminine, pure oil paint (Dang Thu An) and traditional lacquer paint with a modern breath (Nguyen Duc Huy).
On this occasion, artist Nguyen Duc Huy introduced two main lacquer works:
Lover: Originating from the reflection on emotional connection in modern life. The couples in love blend in the brilliance of nature, symbolizing the harmony of am - duong, praising the spirit of East cooking and the beauty of human love.
Light: A journey of interior reflection, where light is the rhythm of hope and rebirth. The image of a woman hidden between minimalist shapes is a symbol of knowledge, enlightenment and a return to a pure being.
Meanwhile, with Dang Thu An, the artist depicted a world rich in poetry and emotion with a quiet, charming, modern yet traditional beauty.
