Dinh Nhu Phuong was crowned Miss Sea and Islands Vietnam 2022. At that time, her hot story was giving the crown worth nearly 4 billion VND to the organizers right after being crowned.
The reason is that the beauty queen hopes that this item will be auctioned and all proceeds will be donated to the soldiers who fight day and night to protect the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.
After 3 years, Dinh Nhu Phuong shared with Lao Dong Newspaper reporters: "Many people said that I would return the crown was not accurate, I only gave it to the organizers. Because right from the moment I won the Miss title, I remember the competition process of meeting soldiers, visiting coastal residents and seeing everyone facing many difficulties. I think giving the crown is a heart that wants to help people, so I have no regrets".
Regarding her journey after 3 years of being crowned, she said: "I have accompanied many scholarship funds to help poor children and am a tourism ambassador for Quang Binh province. In the near future, the Miss Sea and Islands Vietnam contest will be held, I will accompany to have more projects to promote the country's tourism".
Regarding her new plan, she is a judge in the Miss Diva Business Vietnam International Global contest. The beauty affirmed that with the experience gained from participating in a beauty contest, she is confident in her new role.
Regarding the judging criteria, she said that a woman crowned Miss must have some value in life. The second criterion is about figure. And finally, it is the ability to inspire and spread good values to everyone.
As a judge in a beauty contest, Dinh Nhu Phuong said that catwalk and behavior skills are also important but do not completely decide. The beauty is ready to support the contestants during the competition.
