The Korea Business Research Institute has just announced the reputation ranking of actor brands in June.
The results are statistically based on data on media coverage, interaction, community index for 100 actors active in the fields of television, film and OTT platforms (online) from May 23 to June 23.
Topping the ranking is Heo Nam Jun with a brand reputation index of 10,597,452. Over the past time, the actor has received much attention thanks to his role in "My Royal Enemy".
The work continuously topped Good Data's discussion chart for many consecutive weeks, and also recorded the highest rating of 11.8% in the final episode, according to Nielsen Korea.
Right after Heo Nam Jun is Park Ji Hoon with 8,189,599 points. The actor is attracting attention when taking on the main role in "Chef Legend" - one of the most discussed movies on Korean screens recently.
In third place is Byeon Woo Seok with 8,034,544 points, continuing to show stable appeal even though there is no new work broadcast in the month.
Meanwhile, Kim Moo Yeol ranked fourth with 7,934,414 points. The actor has just created a strong global effect thanks to Netflix's "Life's Lesson".
The film once rose to number 1 in the rankings of non-English programs of this platform immediately after its release, and recorded high views on the streaming platform.
Closing the top 5 is Koo Kyo Hwan with 7,524,276 points, an increase of 38.16% compared to last month.
It can be seen that the June ranking clearly reflects the influence of Korean dramas currently airing.
Among them, Heo Nam Jun and Kim Moo Yeol are the two faces with the most outstanding progress when they are constantly mentioned in rankings for discussion, actor reputation and audience effect in recent times.
