At the event, Miss Ngoc Chau presented the right to represent, while Miss Bui Xuan Hanh performed the sash handover ceremony. This moment marks Phuong Linh officially becoming the face of Vietnam at Miss Cosmo 2025 - a contest held in Vietnam from the end of November to December 20, 2025.
However, in parallel with the sash awarding ceremony, Phuong Linh performed for the first time the Carnival Costume (festside costume) "The Rising Dragon" inspired by the image of the Dragon-Shaped Fish. The design of young designer Nguyen Duy Hau was developed over many months, using multi-layered structures, embellishment techniques and material processing to create color-changing effects, expressing the spirit of endurance and aspiration of the Vietnamese people. The outfit will appear in the main activities of Miss Cosmo 2025, including Carnival Show and Tea Carnival of the International Tea Festival.
In the program, Phuong Linh also introduced the digital version of Line2Life Handbook - a part of the community project she has pursued since her coronation. The system of knowledge documents on mental health, common signs of disorders and basic psychological first aid techniques, and provides a list of reputable consultation centers. She hopes this will be the first support for young people when they need spiritual support.
Before entering the competition, Phuong Linh said she had prepared completely in terms of skills and spirit, ready to enter the international journey. With the support of Cosmo Academy and the professional team, the Vietnamese representative aims to show a meticulous and unique image on the Miss Cosmo 2025 stage.
