According to the management unit of Miss International 2024 Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy shared on the evening of July 7, the beauty queen just had a long business trip to the US under the program of the Miss International organization. During the trip, she participated in many activities towards sustainable development, environmental protection and promoting Vietnamese culture.
Notably, Thanh Thuy attended the UN Women Conference, held in parallel with the Miss US International contest. Here, she participated in dialogue sessions on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, and shared about the "Clean Water" project - the initiative she brought to the Miss International 2024 contest, to raise awareness of the right to access clean water, one of the urgent issues globally.
In addition, Miss Thanh Thuy also participated in the "The Clean Earth Project" campaign, along with young volunteers collecting garbage in public spaces, spreading the message of a green lifestyle and environmental protection awareness.
Appearing in the final night of Miss US International, Thanh Thuy attracted attention when accompanying the reigning Miss Earth Jessica Lane. She showed her friendliness and dynamism when interacting with contestants from many countries.
As an international representative, I cherish the opportunity to meet new cultures and meet friends from all over the world. This is a memorable journey, Thanh Thuy shared.
After the US, Miss Thanh Thuy will continue her tour to Singapore, Angola and some other countries. According to her, each destination is not only a personal experience journey, but also an opportunity to spread the image and humanistic values of Miss International from Vietnam.
