Designer Huu Anh Zoner's real name is Nguyen Huu Anh, born in 1991. He started his design career in 2009. He graduated from the fashion design course at AMD Akademie Mode & Design Berlin, graduated from the professional stylist course at London Fashion Academy, and graduated as valedictorian from Hanoi Open University, majoring in fashion design.
The collection presented at Paris Fashion Week is the first collection by designer Huu Anh Zoner to be launched in the international market after many years of studying and working in Germany.
The collection is inspired by the beauty of the ocean combined with traditional Vietnamese beauty such as conical hats, bamboo and rattan bags, and Dong Ho paintings.
The designer wants to send a message about raising awareness of protecting the marine environment in particular and our living environment in general.
To do this, he reused fashion products and used natural silk fabrics, safe and environmentally friendly materials, aiming for sustainable fashion.
Designer Huu Anh Zoner shared: “I am trying to pursue sustainable fashion because this is an inevitable trend of the future, by using safe materials that can be decomposed or reused. That contributes to protecting our living environment.”
