Artist Le Huu Hieu said: For me, the best way to preserve culture is to develop it. As a visual artist, preserving and developing cultural concepts is even more favorable. Nearly 20 years of going deep into archaeology, cultural characteristics according to historical sources and regions, combined with research on shaping, have brought me many things; thanks to that, the work has taken a long way.

The more data about the country's culture and history is, the better the quality of my work is. It is like a tree root, when it meets water, it reaches it on its own; when there is enough water, enough nutrients, the flowers bloom. The art I pursue is nature, the roots find water, the flowers bloom on their own.
