The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued decisions on promulgating the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to include in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List:
1. folk knowledge Khanh Hoa agarwood mining and processing knowledge in Nha Trang city, Cam Ranh city, Ninh Hoa town, Van Ninh district, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Son district, Khanh Vinh district, Cam Lam district, Khanh Hoa province.
2. Traditional festival of Khanh Hanoi Salanganes Nest Festival in Nha Trang city, Cam Ranh city, Ninh Hoa town, Dien Khanh district, Cam Lam district, Van Ninh district, Khanh Hoa province.
3. Folk knowledge Traditional costume art of the San Chi people in Mong Cai city, Binh Lieu district, Tien Yen district, Dam Ha district, Quang Ninh province.
4. Folk knowledge Garment and decorative art on costumes of the Dao Thanh Phan people in Ha Long city, Ba Che district, Tien Yen district, Binh Lieu district, Dam Ha district, Hai Ha district, Quang Ninh province.
5. Traditional handicrafts Brocade weaving of the Thai people in Nghe An province.
6. Traditional festival of Sayangva Festival (we are the Children of the Rice River) of the Co-ro people in Long Khanh city, Xuan Loc district, Dinh Quan district, Thong Nhat district, Vinh Cuu district, Cam My district, Dong Nai province.
7. Establishing a social and religious institution for the New Rice Celebration of the Si La people in Chung Chai commune, Muong Nhe district, Dien Bien province.
8. Traditional festival of the Dak Con Festival (coconut milk) of the Khmer people in An Hiep commune, Chau Thanh district, Soc Trang province.
9. Traditional festival of Ong Com Pagoda Festival Tan Quang, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.
10. Traditional festival of the death anniversary of Nguyen Huu Canh Thanh Hau ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province.
11. Establishment of the traditional social and belief center of Co Trai village, Kien Hung commune, Kien Thuy district, Hai Phong city.
Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels where there is intangible cultural heritage are included in the List within the scope of their duties and powers, shall perform state management in accordance with the provisions of the law on cultural heritage.
