Da Nang - At the Da Nang Asian Film Festival, experts discussed the opportunities and challenges of AI and solutions to protect copyright in cinema.

On June 30, within the framework of the 4th Da Nang Asian Film Festival (DANAFF IV), the workshop "Artificial Intelligence, Digital Technology and Intellectual Property Protection in Cinema" was held. The workshop is a forum for exchange between researchers, technology experts, jurists, managers and representatives of domestic and international businesses on the impacts of AI on the film industry.

Speaking at the workshop, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Vice Chairwoman of Da Nang City People's Committee, said: "Proactively accessing and applying artificial intelligence and digital technology is an inevitable requirement in the process of integration and improving competitiveness. A sustainable film industry needs good works, creative talents, professional producers, a healthy market and an effective intellectual property protection system.
