In the digital age, artificial intelligence (AI) and new technologies are becoming a driving force for comprehensive changes in the global film industry. The breakthrough of advanced film models puts Vietnamese cinema before both great opportunities and challenges in building a professional, modern ecosystem and protecting sustainable intellectual property in the integration era.

Vietnamese cinema is facing new opportunities to develop into an important cultural industry. In that context, researching international experience and applying science and technology is of practical significance.
Speaking at the workshop, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Vice Chairwoman of Da Nang City People's Committee, said: "Proactively accessing and applying artificial intelligence and digital technology is an inevitable requirement in the process of integration and improving competitiveness. A sustainable film industry needs good works, creative talents, professional producers, a healthy market and an effective intellectual property protection system.

When creative rights are respected and the creative environment is protected, professionals will have more confidence to invest effort and intelligence; the film market will develop healthier, attracting more social resources.
