The book "A person who has accompanied us for many years" includes 18 stories inspired by the author's childhood memories and journey to adulthood. Each story is a milestone with challenges and impacts in life, how he balances relationships and chooses to face loss and hurt with a positive mindset, constantly seeking peace within himself.
Not formal or elaborate, the book is told in a simple, emotional voice. Nguyen Hai Trieu brings readers back memories of releasing kites in the fields, carrying Mid-Autumn Festival lanterns, and bustling Tet holidays... In each section, he conveys his own reflections, considering those who "go a long way with us" as lessons and values at each stop in life.
Compared to the two previous works, he believes that the big difference of "There is a person who has gone with us for many years" is the depth of experience. If at the age of 28, he leans towards the pink fluctuations of love, then at the age of 30, literature reflects the predictions when a child is forced to become an adult, live responsibly and gradually leave the innocentness within.
For Nguyen Hai Trieu, the book is his way of telling the story of a quiet grandmother in life and her journey to overcome events, turning childhood injuries into motivation to stand firm. From personal experience, he sent the message: even though you have gone through many storms, the most important thing is to learn to love yourself and " giving wings to the children inside the best things".
Working in many roles such as director, actor, MC, the author is not afraid to be criticized as " compliments". He admits to being an ambitious person, a "multiverse person" when in each field, he brings a different color: on stage is humor, in class is a philosopher, on set is a difficult director, and in literature is a place to express unpredictable hurt. He believes that after experiencing it all, he will choose a more focused and effective direction.
Faced with the reality that young people rarely read books, Nguyen Hai Trieu did not choose forced ways but hoped to proactively connect through the media and personal stories, build trust to gain loyal readers, as well as to let his "literal boats" accompany them through many stormy seasons.

He was born in 1995, won the micro Gold and 2016 silver Cup, hosted the HTV 2019, guest lecturer at many colleges and universities, participated in films "How long do you love me?", " How long do you love me?", "Spring Catching", "Golden wheel of Chess" and took on the role of general director for a number of beauty contests, including World Tourism King, Miss Ocean, Miss Grand Vietnamese Student.
