According to the organizers, the preliminary round will take place from June 19 in Ho Chi Minh City, opening the journey to find the successor to Miss Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi. After that, contestants will gather from July 2 to enter a series of training, experience and competition.
This year, the contest continues to invest in many accompanying activities such as "The Grand Talent", "The Grand Chat", "The Grand Heat" or Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest. These formats are considered highlights to help contestants show their performance ability, behavior and build personal imprints. The final night is scheduled to take place on July 31, where the Vietnamese representative at Miss Grand International will be revealed.
One of the contents that received the most attention is still the national cultural costume design competition The Grand National Costume 2026. In recent years, this competition has become a "specialty" of Miss Grand Vietnam thanks to creative designs, combining modern fashion and Vietnamese cultural materials.
This year's season gathers many familiar mentors such as the designer duo Song Toan including Pham Si Toan and Huynh Bao Toan, along with Ivan Tran and Dang Trong Minh Chau. The mentors are expected to support young designers to develop ideas and create unique works.
In the previous season, many designs such as "Thang Long Hoi", "Chau Ro Cau Mua" or "Thanh Ngu Yen Hai" attracted attention and accompanied Vietnamese representatives in international arenas.
