The event was attended by Mr. Tran Hoang - Chairman of the Vietnam Marketing Association, Standing Committee of the Vietnam Records Organization; Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Ngoc - Secretary General of the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings), Deputy Director of the Vietnam Records Institute; along with representatives of the Southern Women's Museum and a large number of artists and guests such as singers Phuong My Chi, Hoa Minzy, Miss Kieu Duy, runners-up, models and partners in the field of culture - creativity.

At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Ngoc announced the decision to establish a Vietnam Record for the "Fashion Exhibition combining art performances recreating the first Southern culinary and folk culture space in Vietnam", recognizing Nguyen Minh Cong's persistent contributions in preserving, renewing and spreading traditional cultural values through contemporary fashion language.
The council assessed him as a pioneer designer in bringing Southwestern cultural materials into creation, creating deep sympathy with the public, especially those who are far from home.


Previously, the cultural - artistic - fashion exhibition "Cu Lao Delta" was launched to the public from October 15, 2025 at the Southern Women's Museum. The event was directed and produced by Phan Thao Phuong and her crew. In more than three weeks of opening, the exhibition attracted over 10,000 domestic and international visitors, becoming a prominent milestone in the 10-year journey pursuing the creative path of designer Nguyen Minh Cong.
Cu Lao Delta" impresses when recreating the Southern cultural space through three experiential areas including Memory Zone, Old Kitchen and Cultural Interaction Space, where the public can enjoy traditional cakes and jams, participate in workshops and explore the life of the Mekong Delta through modern art lens.
This is the second Vietnamese record that Nguyen Minh Cong has achieved. Previously, in 2022, he was honored by VietKings with the record "First person in Vietnam to create a mini fashion collection inspired by Mekong Delta cuisine".
