According to data from the distributor, the film achieved 12 billion VND in revenue, an occupancy rate of more than 55% and was increased to about 1,200 screenings as of March 2nd - three times higher than the first day.
As of the afternoon of March 3, the film has grossed nearly 20 billion VND, ranking in the top 2 only after Tran Thanh's film.
With this achievement, the movie "Thank you for staying up with me" is considered the highest opening music film in Vietnam to date. In the first week of its release, the crew actively organized a cinetour (meeting with audiences) at many cinema complexes in Ho Chi Minh City. However, director Chung Chi Cong could not directly participate due to health reasons and had to interact via video call.
