In the final episode of “Ambition for Wealth”, Binh An (Yeye Nhat Ha) had to pay the price for the mistakes she made. After having a miscarriage, she left Mr. Manh’s (Cao Minh Dat) house, and Bao - the owner of the fetus in Binh An’s belly - passed away.
However, when she realized her mistake, life still gave An a chance to start over. The scene where An met Ty at the end of the film made the audience both sympathetic and angry. Just because of her ambition to be rich, An lost her honesty, and now when everything is broken, she realizes who truly loves, protects and is always there waiting for her.
Talking about the ending of the character Binh An, Yeye Nhat Ha expressed: “An is an ambitious girl, daring to do everything to rise up. An disregards family ties, is not afraid to harm Truc, and takes advantage of Bao to achieve her goals. I personally hate this in An.
At first, when I first accepted the invitation to act in the film, I hesitated. Then, knowing that An would turn around in the end, I accepted to participate in the project. I didn't want my character to only do wrong things without knowing how to fix them. An had to stumble, collapse, and then realize what was meant for her, who loved her."
Besides, Nhat Ha also humorously shared that her daughter - Ha May (nickname is Bi Ngo) is a big fan of the movie. Every time she goes to school, Bi Ngo is often asked by her teacher and other parents about the ending of the movie. Because she doesn't know how the movie ends, Bi Ngo can't answer, so she promised to go home and ask her mother.
“My daughter really likes the character Ty and always asks why I don’t marry Uncle Ty. She also says: “If you don’t marry Uncle Ty, I will stop playing with you.” I always laugh and reply: “How would I know? I act out the script as it is, I can’t decide.”
But Bi Ngo refused, she kept saying that Ty was a good person, An should not do bad things and should return to Ty. Every time I heard her story, I found it both funny and adorable.
I think I am lucky to have a supportive family in everything, my parents took care of Bi Ngo while I went to work. The older she gets, the more understanding she becomes and the better she can distinguish between right and wrong. I am proud of my child and I think she is also proud when she watches her mother's movies or goes out and is asked about her by friends, teachers, and other parents" - Nhat Ha added.
According to the latest statistics, “The Ambition of Wealth” continues to rank first in the TV drama rating chart with a number of up to 6.1. This is a high achievement, proving the wide coverage of the film.
