The Korea Business Research Institute has just announced the reputation ranking of movie actor brands in May based on big data collected from April 19 to May 19.
The ranking is determined through indicators of consumer participation, media coverage, interaction and community awareness of 50 outstanding actors in Korea.
Notably, the two actors of "The King's Warden" continue to dominate the top positions. In which, Yoo Hae Jin topped with a brand reputation index of 8,030.288 points, while Park Ji Hoon ranked second with 7,295.506 points.
According to Yoo Hae Jin's keyword analysis, the frequently mentioned phrases include "Under the Shadow", "Baeksang Arts Awards" and "actor whose movie reached 10 million views". Prominent related keywords are "friendly" and "donating".
Currently, Yoo Hae Jin is considering starring in the mysterious movie "Modub" with Im Siwan. The project is being noticed when director Kang Yoon Sung - famous for the movies "The Outlaws" and "Big Bet" - participates in the production process.
While Park Ji Hoon is currently loved for his role as Kang Sung Jae in the movie "The legend of kitchen soldier". The work has now aired 4 episodes with positive results, reaching the highest viewership rating of 7.9%, according to Nielsen Korea.
This month, Moon Ga Young ranked third with a brand reputation index of 4,756,803 points, an increase of 57.93% compared to the previous month. Jung Woo attracted attention when it increased sharply by 321.18%, thereby rising to fourth place with 4,696,796 points.
Ranked fifth is Yoon Kyung Ho with 4,275. 625 points. The actor is currently attracting attention thanks to the TV series "The legend of kitchen soldier".
The remaining 5 actors in the top 10 of the month are Kim Sung Kyun, Koo Kyo Hwan, Hwang Jung Min, Park Jung Min and Lee Sung Min.
