The event has nearly 100 experience booths, interactive activities and received the companionship of 42 individuals, businesses, and educational units. The program is organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Student Cultural House in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Student Association and the Dormitory Management Center, Ho Chi Minh City National University Urban Area (VNU-HCM).
This is a key activity to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2026), and also within the framework of the 6th Ho Chi Minh City Youth Festival.

The highlight of this year's festival is the series of environmental protection activities "Flowers and Garbage", taking place throughout from February 1st to March 29th, 2026. The program includes many creative activities such as a regenerative fashion contest, environmental propaganda product design, workshop on circular economy and waste treatment technology.
Besides, there are community activities such as "Exchanging trash for trees/flowers", green market, forum "Environmental awareness in the student community: Current situation and solutions" and visual art program organized on the evenings of the 21st and 22nd. 3.
Through this series of activities, the organizers expect to contribute to changing students' perceptions from "discharging" to "rebirth", towards a sustainable lifestyle.
The festival gathers many cultural, artistic and sports playgrounds such as student dance group festivals, city-wide club - team - group festivals.
Student sports festivals also take place with sports such as football, cross-country running, karatedo, tug of war, table tennis, Go, combined with physical tests to consider the title "Healthy Student".
Notably, the program also organizes the 11th student e-sports tournament with two categories: Lien Quan Mobile and FC Online, attracting a large number of young people to participate.
In addition to movement activities, the organizers awarded scholarships with a total value of more than 1.1 billion VND in cash to students overcoming difficulties, along with many foreign language, computer science and skills scholarships.
According to Ms. Bui Huynh Kieu My - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Student Cultural House, the festival is not only an opportunity to connect students but also aims to mobilize social resources to practically care for learners.
