In recent days, prolonged heavy rains have caused widespread flooding in many Central - Central Highlands provinces, severely affecting people's lives, transportation and communication.

On November 22, a representative of VinaPhone said that the unit is implementing a special support program for customers living in areas directly affected by floods. The program takes place from November 22 to November 29, 2025.

During the support period, customers in areas identified by authorities as flood areas will be given 100 minutes of domestic/national domestic calls and 15 GB of data used within 7 days.

"This is an urgent solution to help people stay in touch with their families, grasp instructions from the government and monitor weather warnings as well as disaster response plans" - VinaPhone representative said.
