On November 22, a representative of VinaPhone said that the unit is implementing a special support program for customers living in areas directly affected by floods. The program takes place from November 22 to November 29, 2025.

During the support period, customers in areas identified by authorities as flood areas will be given 100 minutes of domestic/national domestic calls and 15 GB of data used within 7 days.
"This is an urgent solution to help people stay in touch with their families, grasp instructions from the government and monitor weather warnings as well as disaster response plans" - VinaPhone representative said.

Not only providing a communication support package, VinaPhone also mobilizes all technical forces to ensure the network operates continuously 24/7 in harsh weather conditions.
The team of engineers is on duty at the site to quickly handle transmission incidents, increase coverage in areas with high communication needs or deep flooding, and supplement power sources and spare equipment for broadcasting stations when there is a widespread power outage.

At the same time, VinaPhone organizes many direct support points for people at transaction stores and mobile support points. People can charge their phone battery for free, repair or replace the SIM, check the device and restore the connection in the shortest time. Mobile support points are flexibly arranged in densely populated areas or isolated by floodwaters, ensuring that people always have a stable source of communication.
Call center 18001091 operates free of charge and continuously on July 24, increasing staff to receive and answer all requests from customers. Thanks to that, the communication channel between people, local authorities and network operators is always maintained, contributing to rescue work as well as conveying emergency information in a timely manner.
In particular, customers on the list of affected areas will receive a direct support notification message from VinaPhone.
