Vietnam on the global AI map
According to research by consulting firm Gartner, Vietnam ranked 5th in Southeast Asia in the global AI readiness index (artificial intelligence) by 2024.
AI will bring economic benefits of up to VND 1,890 billion to Vietnamese enterprises by 2030. With a high AI readiness index and an estimated market size of 15.8%/year, Vietnam is a country targeted by technology giants for the goal of investing in artificial intelligence infrastructure.
A bright spot is that Vietnam has issued a national strategy on research, development and application of artificial intelligence. This shows that Vietnam is ready to surf AI.
Sharing in a meeting with the media on the afternoon of February 26, Mr. Vo Trong Thu - Head of GreenNode AI Lab, VNG, analyzed that the application of AI has 5 levels from beginning, beginning, beginning, operation, systematization and comprehensive transformation.

The cost of applying AI to business is also a concern for many businesses. According to Mr. Tung, the cost depends on the requirements and level of use, but the minimum is not too high. He revealed that some businesses only spend 20-40 million VND/month, some places need more than 120 million VND/month to have satisfactory products.
