Since 2022, FPT Long Chau has applied the USEE machine learning platform. It is known that USEE is a data analysis platform based on machine learning that has been successfully applied to many leading retail partners in Japan and Europe.
After 3 months of implementation, the solution has brought good results when applied to the first group of 16 drug stores, selected according to many different criteria of scale, geography, and revenue. In particular, the stock-out index (out of stock status, no more inventory) decreased to below 5% without causing almost no increase in inventory, contributing to a significant increase in business performance.
By 2023, the system has cooperated with many prestigious universities to research, develop and apply VAIPE artificial intelligence technology.
VAIPE provides a mobile application that provides early warning of dangerous diseases at low cost, easy to use and accessible on a large scale. The solution also allows management and analysis of personal health data, automatic drug identification from prescription images, pills, drug use habits, heart rate, blood pressure... to provide recommendations on drug use, side effects and other warnings.
With the application of the VAIPE system, the pharmacy system hopes to help patients and their families monitor the process of using drugs according to the regimen, avoid errors, and automatically extract and identify information from prescription photos, helping to schedule and manage medication. Doctors can also access patients' health indicators in real time and make necessary recommendations.
At FPT Long Chau nationwide, all processes are put "on the cloud" and mobile applications so that they can be operated anytime, anywhere on smartphones instead of computers. Up to now, 100% of FPT Long Chau pharmacists have proficiently used all applications to serve customers: Create orders, check product information, issue invoices, make payments...
In fact, business efficiency at FPT Long Chau has improved significantly, as the system has shortened customer service time from 10 minutes to 2-3 minutes.
Currently, the entire system serves nearly 500,000 customers per day, and more than 70% of them return to continue experiencing the service. Long Chau is constantly optimizing the system to enhance the personalized experience for each customer.
At the same time, the pharmacy chain has cooperated with a leading AI and Cloud Computing application solution provider in Vietnam, launching the project "Application of AI Mentor artificial intelligence in pharmacist training".
Previously, the system also joined hands with FPT Software to apply AI technology to supply chain management for more than 1,350 pharmacies nationwide.
