NEON helps detect early signs of fire and explosion through intelligent AI image analysis such as smoke or small flames to alarm through AirCity's management application".
This solution can help solve the problem of fire warning, help intervene in the fire early in the first 3 minutes when the accident occurs, minimize damage and better protect the community. It also helps homeowners and tenants feel more secure.
In addition, in population management, NEON solution can also count people, recognize license plates, and recognize faces to help control the number of people and vehicles entering and leaving residential areas. In case of detecting strangers or strange license plates, the software will also send out warning information.
“We also apply AI technology to some automated steps such as managing customer rental contracts, payment invoices, etc. Normally, if we manage in the normal way, we can only manage 3-5 buildings, but applying AI can help us manage 10-15 buildings, which is very optimal and helps us save costs,” shared the co-founder of AirCity.
Improve work efficiency, reduce personnel costs
Sharing about the application of AI in building management and operation, Ms. Hoang Nguyet Minh, Senior Director, Commercial Leasing Department, Savills Hanoi said that the trend of smart offices has begun to appear. In some buildings managed and operated by Savills such as Grand Terra - 36 Cat Linh, AI has been applied in combination with facial recognition technology to control people entering and leaving the office area. This technology allows to evaluate the behavior of people entering and leaving, and automatically sends warnings to the security room when detecting unusual signs.
Or at the Capital Place project, customers can self-register to enter and exit the office via QR, helping to reduce pressure on the reception department as well as helping customers receive faster support, improving the tenant experience and reducing the workload for employees.
Savills representative assessed that the trend of technology-integrated offices will develop strongly and promise to bring many conveniences in the future.
