Appearing at the studio of the program "What I want to say" with MC Oc Thanh Van and psychologist Dr. Le Thi Linh Trang, Hoang Khanh brought a photo taken with his younger brother and shared his biggest wish: "I hope you can understand what I say and you can speak".
Hoang Khanh's younger brother is currently 6 years old, suffering from severe autism from a young age. All daily activities of his younger brother need support. Because his parents are busy running a beauty salon, Hoang Khanh from an early age has developed the habit of being independent and helping his family.
Up to now, after school, the boy has become the person who directly takes care of his younger brother, from feeding him to cleaning the house. What moves many viewers is that Hoang Khanh has never complained or shown envy for having to share his childhood with his younger brother.
However, behind that maturity is an upheaval that always torments the boy. Once, while playing games and watching TV with friends, Hoang Khanh forgot to give him water when he had a high fever. The younger brother then had convulsions and had to be taken to the emergency room.
Every time I remember it, I am still very scared," the boy choked up sharing.
According to Hoang Khanh's mother, since that incident, her eldest son has become much more careful. Every time he takes a bath or goes to the toilet, he calls his mother to ask her to monitor the camera to observe his younger brother, not daring to take his eyes off him for too long.
Hoang Khanh's age-exceeding maturity moved Oc Thanh Van. The female MC said she both admired and felt sorry for the boy for having to grow up too early.
Besides being responsible to his family, Hoang Khanh still has very childish dreams. The boy likes to play football but rarely participates in classes because of his tight schedule and also has to help take care of his younger sibling.
I only get to go out a few times a month," Hoang Khanh confided.
Listening to the story, Dr. Le Thi Linh Trang said that the family needs to create conditions for Hoang Khanh to have more opportunities to connect with friends and relieve psychological pressure in puberty.
After the conversation, Hoang Khanh's mother emotionally promised to take time to take her son to football school every weekend. The moment the two mothers and sons hugged each other at the end of the program made many viewers choked up.
