Director - actor Tran Bao Son and the cast of Huynh Kien An, Quang Su, Hua Minh Dat, Lam Bich Tuyen, Paris Bao Nhi, Lo Lo... started to work on the film project "On the new road".
The film's story is inspired by the life and experience of Tran Bao Son himself, when living in two places with many contrasting points, which are New York and Ho Chi Minh City.
The most surprising among the announced stars are Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 3rd Runner-up and Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 Paris Bao Nhi top 5. For the first time in their career in cinema, the two Gen Z beauties have practiced acting hard and are excited for the coming days of filming.
Explaining the choice of many new faces in his project, director Tran Bao Son said that he did not focus on the factor of box office guarantee stars, but focused more on the actor's suitability and acting ability. He believes that the cast of "On the new road" will satisfy the most demanding audiences.
The film is expected to be released in early 2026.
