The film "Tung Hoa Trang An" was co-produced by Hanoi Radio and Television in coordination with Hanoi City Police.
The film revolves around a tense competition between the police force and a large-scale "virtual currency" crime ring, built on real-life projects that were dismantled by the Hanoi City Police at the end of 2024.
The film has a special meaning when it was released right at the time when Hanoi was the place where the " United Nations Convention against Cybercrime" (Hanoi Convention) was signed at the end of October 2025.

In the context of global efforts to establish "firewalls" to protect cyberspace, "Tung An Fireworks" is introduced as a companion voice, spreading the spirit of responsibility and international cooperation.
"Tung An Fire Street" also takes the audience to penetrate the world of high-tech criminals, warding off the sophisticated traps that are being spread by bad guys all over cyberspace. The film closely follows the journey of the elite investigation force in the uncompromising war to protect people in the digital space.
With material distilled from real projects that were dismantled by Hanoi City Police in 2024, the film brings a realistic and thorny perspective.

According to statistics from the Ministry of Public Security, from the end of 2019 to mid-2024, cyber fraud cases have caused a loss of more than VND 12,000 billion. In the first 10 months of 2025, Hanoi City. Hanoi has discovered 1,787 cases of fraud and property appropriation, accounting for 35% of the total number of criminal cases, causing a loss of more than 925 billion VND.
These figures show that the situation of high-tech crimes has many complicated developments. The subjects often change their methods, taking advantage of the development of technology and cyberspace to commit crimes.
Going beyond the framework of a TV series, the film project is an effort of the Hanoi City Police and Station in propagating and warning people about scams in the digital space, helping to improve knowledge to protect themselves and their families when participating in the online environment.

The TV series "Trang An Fireworks" is also a call for the community to join hands to build a "fireworks" with social awareness, together creating a safe and healthy cyberspace for the peaceful life of each citizen and the sustainable development of the capital in the digital age.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Party Secretary, Director of Hanoi City Police Department assessed that the film is not only a work of artistic value but also a lively, meaningful propaganda activity, truly recreating the image of the soldiers of the Capital Police in the uncompromising struggle against high-tech crimes.
"I believe that the film will not only conquer television audiences, but also contribute to educating traditions, fostering trust, pride and solidarity between the capital's police force and the people - the relationship that has become a force to preserve peace for the thousand-year-old capital" - Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung emphasized.
45 episodes of "Tung Hoa Trang An" will be broadcast on channels H1, H2 and digital platforms of PT-TH Hanoi.
