The program is being implemented to enhance access to safe and effective vaccination solutions for pets, while supporting veterinarians in standardizing the vaccination process in a scientific and practical manner. This is part of Boehringer Ingelheim's long-term strategy to improve the quality of animal health care in Vietnam.
Recombitek® C6/CV is the first vaccine in Vietnam to apply recomboration technology in the ingredient of Carre disease prevention (canine distemper) - a dangerous and easily transmitted infectious disease in dogs. The product has the effect of preventing 7 common diseases, including Carre, Parvovirus, infectious hepatitis, cum factor, impetigo caused by virus and two strains of Leptospira. Recomboration technology helps activate the immune system effectively without taking medication, thereby limiting the risk of side effects.
