Can Tho strives for 80% of people to use electronic health books

Can Tho - The city strives to achieve a rate of 80% of people using the Electronic Health Book on VNeID when going to see a doctor.

On November 7, 2024, Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee Tran Viet Truong issued an official dispatch urging the implementation of Electronic Health Book and issuance of Criminal Record Certificates on the VNeID application.

The document stated that previously, the Working Group implementing Project 06 of the Government and the Official Dispatch of the City People's Committee Office requested to urgently complete the integration and infrastructure to serve the issuance of Judicial Records on VNeID.

However, through monitoring, the implementation progress of the assigned units is still very slow, not having timely research and understanding of the process. Up to now, the system has not yet ensured security and safety to issue Criminal Record Certificates on VNeID.

On that basis, for the implementation of Judicial Records on VneID, the Chairman of the City People's Committee directed the Director of the Department of Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to accelerate the progress of completing the integration and infrastructure, information technology system to ensure security and safety; advise the City's Project 06 Working Group to continue to hold weekly meetings to review and urge the acceleration of the progress of system integration and implementation on VNeID.

Coordinate with the Department of Justice to strengthen propaganda for people to use, strive for over 80% of records to be resolved on VNeID, the total number of electronic one-stop records received. The application of electronic Criminal Record forms strives for over 80% of businesses and state agencies to accept when people and employees submit them.

With the implementation of the Electronic Health Book, the Director of the Department of Health needs to organize training for staff to use the software; coordinate with the Director of the City Social Insurance (SI) to implement the digital signature of medical examination and treatment data; clean data: 100% of medical examination and treatment facilities connect data to the SI; 100% connect and update medical examination and treatment data, testing, referral, and re-examination appointments for people to use.

Coordinate with the City Police Director to strengthen inspection and supervision of medical facilities, people present health books, referral papers, and make follow-up appointments on VNeID in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health.

Can Tho will strengthen propaganda work, increase the usage rate on VNeID/total number of people coming for medical examination and treatment, striving to reach 80%; the rate of people integrating health insurance, health books, referral papers, and re-examination appointments on VNeID strives to reach 80% for permanent residents in the city.
