After 2025, every citizen in Hanoi, including those who do not have a health insurance card, will own an electronic health book on the VNeID application and 30% of people will have an electronic medical record when going to see a doctor or receiving treatment; 100% of people in need can register for a criminal record certificate (LLTP) via VneID.
The Hanoi People's Committee requested units to step up propaganda, guidance and support for the implementation of online public services for people and businesses; promote the role of community digital technology teams, focus on communicating important skills to people such as natural disaster prevention, storms and floods, fire prevention and fighting on digital platforms.
