At the meeting, delegates discussed and contributed opinions on a number of important drafts including: Plan to organize examination, management, care, protection and improve the health of people in Tran Lam ward; Plan of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo; Project to develop the health sector of Hung Yen province for the period 2026 - 2030, with a vision to 2045; and Plan to implement the marine and island health program of Hung Yen province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
The plans and projects aim to concretize Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions in protecting, caring for and improving people's health; at the same time, implementing the Party's policies, the State's and the province's policies on health work in the new period.
Thereby, bringing the spirit of the Resolution into life quickly, contributing to improving the quality of health services and better caring for the health of local people.

In his concluding remarks, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Nghiem requested the Department of Health and the drafting committee to fully absorb comments, closely follow the direction of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and at the same time review and adjust the targets and goals to suit each stage. The proposed solutions must be feasible and suitable to the actual conditions of the locality.
Regarding the Plan to organize examination, management, care, protection and improve the health of people in Tran Lam ward, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Nghiem suggested that the People's Committee of Tran Lam ward steer propaganda so that people clearly understand the purpose and significance of the plan; establish a close coordination mechanism between the government, health facilities and social insurance agencies to improve the effectiveness of people's health care during the implementation process.
