The Regulation consists of 3 chapters and 16 articles, clearly defining responsibilities, content and coordination methods in 12 key areas of work, implemented in the stages before, during, after and between the provincial People's Council sessions. The principle of coordination ensures unity, democracy, compliance with Party regulations, the Constitution and the law; at the same time, promoting the proactive and responsible role of each side.
According to the regulations, the two agencies will coordinate to plan the content, programs, and times of the Provincial People's Council sessions; organize meetings with voters, resolve recommendations; develop legal resolutions; prepare submissions, reports, projects, and draft resolutions; organize the implementation of resolutions.
In addition, the two agencies coordinated to supervise, survey, inspect, and inspect; receive citizens, resolve complaints, denunciations, reflections, and recommendations from the People and re- supervised the implementation of recommendations after supervision.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Khac Than - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the effectiveness of coordination between the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the People's Committee in the past time, especially the sharing and companionship in implementing socio-economic development tasks. The Provincial People's Committee thanked the People's Council and relevant agencies for their attention and support, contributing significantly to the overall development results of the province.
The Chairman of the People's Committee requested that the advisory and support agencies of both sides, along with departments, branches and localities, seriously implement the Regulations, proactively coordinate, provide information and documents for the session, improve the quality of consultation, direction and management.

Mr. Tran Quoc Van - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - affirmed that signing the Regulation is an objective requirement, ensuring smooth, synchronous, effective and efficient leadership and management, promoting the role of each agency.
Coordinate to contribute significantly to caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; mobilize the people to comply with the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State; build the great national unity bloc. The Chairman of the People's Council suggested that relevant agencies proactively coordinate from preparation to supervision after the session, ensuring responsibility, openness, frankness and constructiveness.
In the presence of the leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee and delegates, Mr. Tran Quoc Van and Mr. Nguyen Khac Than signed the Coordination Regulations. This is a step to concretize the spirit of innovation in leadership and management methods of local governments, improve the efficiency of state management, and meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable development of the province.
