Information from the 199 Ministry of Public Security Hospital in Da Nang, the unit has successfully captured and intervened two cases of the lower chi artery disease with the technique of shooting and intervention of digital chemical elimination (DSA), helping to retain feet for two older patients.
Both cases of hospitalization at the Faculty of Cardiology have severe pathology of artery, greatly affecting travel and life. The first case is a female patient, 83 years old, a history of hypertension, and a hip replacement on the left. Hospitalized because of the expression of hot swelling, purple left feet for about 1 week. Examining the pubic circuit, the front pestle circuit, the rear baseball circuit caught weak.
In the second case, male patient, 69 years old, a history of hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, stomach ulcers, smoking. Hospitalized because of the expression of pain when traveling. Examining the pulp circuit, the posterior pestle circuit caught poorly, the muscle atrophy of two corn.
After the necessary tests, the two patients have been diagnosed: the lower limb artery inflammation leads to complications of perfusion, foot necrosis. Shortly thereafter, patients were intervened by Ths.BS Tran Minh Thoai - an expert from the Department of Cardiology intervention (Huu Nghi Hospital) in collaboration with the Cardiovascular Department of the Cardiologian (199 Hospital) to take a successful re -clearing of arterial arteries with modern and intensive DSA techniques.
These are the first two lower chi chi interventions at the 199 hospital marking the next step between the two hospitals after signing a cooperation in collaboration with professional technical transfer. After the intervention, the patients were stable, practicing and walking.
