Da Nang Power Company Limited (PC Da Nang) recommends that customers do not access strange links, do not install applications from unknown sources, and provide information about official service channels and specific business processes.
PC Da Nang said that currently, all electricity service requirements such as new power supply, changing the contractor, relocating meters, changing the purpose of use or updating customer information can be performed completely online through the following official channels: Customer Care website (CSKH): https://cskh.cpc.vn/; Mobile application: EVNC CSKH (Download from the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android - can scan the QR code provided on Power's notifications); Powerpoint 24/7: 19001909 (Receive all requests and questions); Zalo Official Account: Central Power Company (Search for electricity bills, power outage schedule...) and email: ckc.vn.
PC Da Nang especially recommends that customers do not access strange links, do not install applications from unknown sources suspected of counterfeiting. Electricity affirms that it never requires customers to provide sensitive personal information or bank account information through calls of unknown origin.
To avoid being taken advantage of by scammers, customers need to clearly understand the process of notifying for electricity bill payment and stopping power supply according to regulations (Certificate 04/2025/TT-BCT):
Notice 1: send the electricity bill notification via EVNCPC CSKH/Email App at the beginning of the month.
Second notification: Submit at least 3 days after the first time, via EVNCPC CSKH/Email App.
Third Notice (Alert to stop supplying): After 10 days from the first notification, if not paid, customers will receive a notice to stop supplying at least 24 hours in advance via App/Email.
Stop power supply: Only after the above notification steps have been taken and the customer has not yet paid.
PC Da Nang warned that if you receive a strange call threatening to immediately cut off the power and asking for an urgent transfer, it is definitely a scam. Customers need to contact hotline 19001909 immediately for verification. Absolutely do not transfer money to personal accounts claiming to be Electricity employees and do not provide Customer Codes, invoice information, or bank accounts to strangers. Always check the information carefully before paying.
PC Da Nang calls on customers to be vigilant, only interact and transact through the officially announced channels.
PC Da Nang also announced that customers can pay electricity bills through the following official and safe channels: Bank automatic debt collection, Mobile/Internet Banking (ABBank, ACB, AgriBank, BIDV, VietcomBank, VietinBank...), reputable e-wallets (Viettel Money, Payoo, Momoo, VNPay, ShopeePay, VNPT Money, ZaloPay, VitaPay), or pay online via EVNCPC's CSKH App/Website.
