Stop washing your face too much
Washing your face too much will cause the skin to lose its natural protective layer, leading to excess oil production. Maintain the habit of gently washing your face 2-3 times a day.
Reapply sunscreen
Under intense hot sun conditions, sweat and oil on the skin can quickly reduce the effectiveness of sunscreen. Sunscreen with an SPF of 30 to 50 should be used and reapplied every 2-3 hours.
Moisturize skin
High temperatures can dehydrate the skin, leading to dull skin, acne, and increased oil secretion. Use light moisturizing serums, such as products containing hyaluronic acid, and drink enough water every day. The skin often directly reflects the body's hydration.
Limit touching your face
In hot weather, sweat, dust and bacteria easily accumulate on the skin. Frequent touching or wiping your face can cause these agents to continue to stick to the skin, increasing the risk of acne.
Instead, you should use oil blotting paper or clean paper towels when you need to wipe your face and limit holding your chin or pressing your hands on your face.
Skin care in the evening
After a day of exposure to hot sun, pollution and sweat, the evening is an important time for skin recovery. Skin care habits should be maintained simply but effectively, including proper skin cleansing, using serum or skin soothing products, and applying a thin layer of moisturizer to support skin regeneration while sleeping.
