Building a "Digital Technology Business Map" according to international standards helps businesses "know themselves, know people", position and development strategies.

On October 6, the Vietnam Software and Information Services Association (VINASA) held a press conference to announce: The Ceremony to Honore Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Enterprises of Vietnam 2025 and Announce the Map of Vietnam Digital Technology Enterprises 2025 in 23 fields will take place on October 9, 2025 in Hanoi.

The Top 10 Digital Technology Enterprises of Vietnam program is an annual program to vote and recognize prestigious and capable enterprises in Vietnam, initiated and organized by VINASA since 2014.

2025 marks a comprehensive innovation of the Program when for the first time, the selection and honoring of outstanding enterprises is closely linked with the evaluation and development of the Vietnam Digital Technology Enterprise Map.

Responding to a question from Lao Dong Newspaper at the press conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Giang, Vice President and General Secretary of VINASA, said that the innovations of the Program will provide a more open and accurate picture to help businesses position themselves in their field of operation, comparing them with other businesses.

We expect the Digital Technology Business Map with a comprehensive approach and international standards to help businesses know themselves, know people, promote strengths and improve limitations, continuously innovate, build capacity to affirm their position - Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Giang hopes.

Mr. Lam Quang Nam - Vice President of VINASA, Head of the Authentication Expert Group - said: "This assessment uses an independent assessment method, ensuring objectivity and accuracy. The locations of enterprises on the map accurately represent the vision and capacity with the most updated data that VINASA receives. We will expand the collection of registrations, authentication and map arrangement to regular and continuous, not just according to the campaign".

For the content of honoring the Top 10 Digital Technology Enterprises 2025, the VINASA Tech Map assessment system includes 10 groups of criteria. In particular, only 81 enterprises that have been evaluated and authenticated by the expert council have been honored.

Mr. Tran Van Tung - former Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, Chairman of the Final Selection Council said: "The evaluation method brings many challenges to experts and the final selection council. However, comprehensive innovation, transforming from a simple voting and honoring program to a strategic and transparent analysis assessment tool according to international standards is considered a step that is very suitable for the development trend of the industry, as well as the orientation of state agencies".
