Accordingly, Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards are required to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology to fully equip specialized equipment for the Television Conference such as: televisions, cameras, microphones, sound systems... to ensure effective service for receiving citizens online.
The City People's Committee also assigned the People's Committee Office to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology to propose infrastructure plans and specialized equipment at the headquarters of the City Citizen Reception Committee to ensure the system operates smoothly, safely and effectively.
In addition, the City Inspectorate is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Citizen Reception Committee and related units to advise the City People's Committee to issue Regulations on the implementation of the Online Citizen Reception Model, meeting legal, technical and operational requirements.
The implementation of this model aims to modernize citizen reception, improve the effectiveness of handling recommendations and complaints, and at the same time create favorable conditions for people to approach the government in the context of accelerated digital transformation.
