Coteccons is one of the Vietnamese enterprises that is continuously improving its position in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500. In 2025, the enterprise recorded revenue of about 980 million USD, profit of about 18 million USD with a personnel scale of nearly 3,000 people.
After 3 consecutive announcements, Coteccons has upgraded its ranking from 376 (2024) to 304 (2025) and 285 (2026), thereby maintaining a stable growth trajectory. The continuous improvement in ranking reflects not only the expansion in scale, but also shows that competitiveness is increasingly strengthened in the context of the construction industry facing many fluctuations.
Growth momentum comes from both improved internal strength and market trends, including urbanization, industrialization and Going Global strategy. In which, Going Global is identified as a long-term spearhead, gradually bringing Vietnam's construction capacity and human resources to the international market.
In parallel with expanding its scale, Coteccons is simultaneously improving quality indicators such as operating efficiency, cash flow quality and risk management.
