PERSOL announces 2025 Human Resources Report on the Vietnam labor market

Vinh Phú |

PERSOL has just published its 2025 Human Resources Report, recording 5 outstanding trends that are reshaping the job picture in Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region.

The report shows that when digital skills such as data analysis, AI, technology - strategy combinations and ESG awareness become scarce, workers shift their focus to flexible environments, development opportunities and long-term career orientation. This shift is forcing businesses to reconsider their policies of attracting and retaining talent.

Vietnam is emerging as the market with the fastest digital recruitment growth rate in Southeast Asia, driven by strong demand for human resources in e-commerce, multi-channel retail and data-based marketing. From there, businesses prioritize finding candidates who are both proficient in technology and have knowledge of business and practical operations.

At the same time, job seekers have also changed their behavior. They expect an optimal mobile application process and transparent treatment information. These changes force businesses to reconsider the recruitment process and the way to communicate the value of recruitment brands.

The 2025 Human Resources Report is conducted in 12 markets and 4 key industry groups: Production, Consumer Goods, Professional Services and Supply Chains.
