This is one of 4 bridges that Syngenta will hand over to the Mekong Delta provinces in 2025, part of the "Bridge of Love" program launched by Syngenta in 2022, to support upgrading rural transport infrastructure, helping people in remote areas travel more safely and conveniently.
In 2025, Syngenta plans to donate 4 bridges for people with a total value of about 600 million VND in An Giang and Can Tho provinces. Previously, on October 21, the Company handed over Canal Bridge 422 (east bank of Canal T6) in Binh Giang Commune, An Giang.
Syngenta also presented 20 gifts to poor farming households, along with 20 gifts to disadvantaged students in Ngoc Chuc commune.
Mr. Tran Thanh Vu, General Director of Syngenta Vietnam shared: With the Love Bridge program, we hope to not only build a bridge, but also open more connection spans to opportunities, so that people can travel more safely, agricultural products can be transported more conveniently, and children can go to school more easily. In 2025, the donation of 4 bridges in An Giang and Can Tho is a specific commitment of Syngenta in its long-term journey of accompanying farmers and local communities.
