    On January 19, Hoa Sen Group announced the establishment of Hoa Sen Home Joint Stock Company, and signed strategic cooperation agreements with many important partners.

    Hoa Sen Home Joint Stock Company was established on January 5, 2026 with a charter capital of 1,000 billion VND, is a subsidiary of Hoa Sen Group with a ownership ratio of 99%, playing the role of managing and developing the Hoa Sen Home Construction Materials and Furniture Supermarket System nationwide.

    According to leaders of Hoa Sen Group, the formation of Hoa Sen Home is not only aimed at expanding the portfolio of industries, but also towards building a modern, large-scale distribution model, operating methodically, focusing on the domestic market, maximizing core advantages in brand, distribution system, management capacity and understanding of the domestic market, promoting investment in long-term potential fields, bringing high added value and creating sustainable growth momentum in the future.

    According to the strategic orientation, Hoa Sen Home is built and developed as an independent company, operating according to a modern, transparent and efficient management model.
