The most recent traffic accident was at 12:15 on May 18, at the Y C Quy intersection, An Dong ward, An Duong district, when an electric bicycle was hit and controlled by Mr. D.Q.B (born in 1954, residing in So Dau ward, Hong Bang district). At this time, Mr. D.Q.B, headed towards Road 20, 20, collided with a motorbike with an unknown license plate driven by a young man (name unknown), traveling towards Havico Company towards An Dong Bridge, leading to the accident. After that, the young man drove away on a motorbike.
As a result, Mr. D.Q.B was seriously injured. Although he was taken to Viet Tiep Hospital for emergency treatment, due to the seriousness, the hospital returned him. Mr. D.Q.B died at home on May 19.
