In the first 9 months of the year, Cao Bang welcomed 158 more enterprises and cooperatives

Cao Bang - 158 new enterprises and cooperatives were established in the locality in the past 9 months.

According to data published in the Cao Bang Provincial Portal, in the first 9 months of 2025, the business development situation in the area has many positive signals.

The number of newly established enterprises increased sharply compared to the same period last year, showing that the investment and business environment continues to improve and the trust of the business community is gradually recovering.

In September alone, the whole province established 20 new enterprises with a total registered capital of VND 102.6 billion, an increase of 300% in quantity and 683.2% in capital compared to the same period in 2024.

During the same period, 3 enterprises returned to operation, equal to the same period; 19 enterprises withdrew from the market, up 111%.

Accumulated from the beginning of the year to September 30, the whole Cao Bang province had 142 newly established enterprises, an increase of 44.9% over the same period last year, with a total registered capital of VND 518.86 billion.

In addition, 62 enterprises and 20 affiliated units returned to operation (down 3.2% in the number of enterprises but up 53.85% in the number of affiliated units). On the contrary, the locality also recorded 226 enterprises withdrawing from the market, an increase of 22% over the same period.

Up to now, Cao Bang province has 2,291 enterprises with a total registered capital of VND 26,562 billion; of which 1,420 enterprises are in operation, accounting for 62%.

In addition to the business sector, the collective economy also maintains its development momentum. Since the beginning of the year, the whole province has established 16 new cooperatives (cooperatives) with a total registered capital of 82.15 billion VND, equal to the same period last year; dissolved 4 cooperatives.

As of the end of September, the whole province had 456 cooperatives (up 3.4%), with a total registered capital of VND 1,136.4 billion; of which 279 cooperatives were operating, accounting for 65.5%. In September alone, 4 newly established cooperatives and 1 dissolved cooperative were present.

In general, the increase in the number of newly established enterprises and cooperatives shows that the local economy is recovering in a positive direction, creating a premise for production growth, employment and budget revenue in the coming time.
