Stop holding the responsibility of the Party Secretary and resign to the position of Political Commissar of the Border Guard of Kien Giang Province from January 1, 2025.
The Border Guard Command assigned the responsibility of Party Committee Secretary to Colonel Pham Van Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander; Assigned Colonel Doan Dinh Tranh - Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee, Deputy Political Commissar, in charge of the Political Commissar of the Kien Giang Provincial Border Guard.
