On July 31, Ninh Binh Provincial Police informed that through reconnaissance work and grasping the situation in the area, on the route in Phong Doanh Commune (Ninh Binh Province), the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of the Provincial Police has just discovered and caught red-handed La Van Tuyen (born in 1974, residing in Phong Doanh Commune) illegally possessing 1 bag of heroin and 2 bags of crystal meth.
It is worth mentioning that La Van Tuyen has many previous convictions for theft, illegal trading and possession of drugs.
Previously, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department also coordinated with the Nam Xang Commune Police (Ninh Binh Province) to arrest Pham Manh Doan (born in 2001, residing in Ly Nhan Commune) and Nguyen Tien Vu (born in 2002, residing in Nam Xang Commune) for illegally storing a bag of drugs, containing horsepower drugs and crystal meth.
During the process of fighting, the subjects confessed to buying them for use.
The police are continuing to investigate and handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
