At 11:30 p.m. on July 28, the Crime Prevention Working Group, Ngo Quyen Ward Police discovered and arrested Luu Phu Thuyet (born in 2004, permanent residence in Group 11, Duong Kinh Ward, Hai Phong City). Thuyet is being wanted for disturbing public order, according to Wanted Decision No. 7811 dated May 31, 2025 issued by the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Phong City Police.
Previously, on December 29, 2024, Luu Phu Thuyet and his accomplices drove a motorbike, carrying weapons and glass bottles, throwing glass bottles at a group of young men sitting in front of the flower garden at the 5th intersection and in front of the Kien An District Gymnasium (old), Hai Phong City. After committing the crime, Luu Phu Thuyet fled the area.
Immediately after the arrest, Ngo Quyen Ward Police handed over Luu Phu Thuyet to the Criminal Police Department - City Police for further investigation and handling according to their authority.
