Nui Thanh Commune Police, Da Nang City, have just discovered and caught red-handed D. C. H (born 2004, residing in Tam Giang village, Nui Thanh commune) for the act of illegally possessing drugs and organizing the illegal use of drugs.
At the scene, the police force seized 1 set of drug use tools; 1 zip bag containing 8.19 grams of white crystals suspected to be ketamine and 1 zip bag containing 18 round tablets suspected to be tablet drugs.
Through investigation, the police determined that P.V. D (born 2001, residing in Tien Xuan 1 village, Tam Anh commune, Da Nang city) came to H's house to play and stayed overnight. H prepared tools and took out drugs to use with D.
Expanding the investigation, Nui Thanh Commune Police coordinated with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (PC04) of Da Nang City Police to identify the source of drug supply for H as T.V. M. V (born 2005, residing in group 52, Ngu Hanh Son ward, Da Nang City).
The police agency then arrested V, determining that this subject had sold ketamine and ecstasy pills to D. C. H on September 1.
The rapid test results showed that H and D tested positive for drugs, while V was negative. The case is being further investigated and handled by the Nui Thanh Commune Police according to regulations.
