On August 1, the Border Guard Command of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Port (HCMC Border Guard) said that it had just coordinated with HCMC Police to arrest a wanted subject for fraud and property appropriation.
Previously, through the review, the force had grasped the information of Nguyen Phuoc Vinh (born in 1989), wanted for fraud and appropriation of property, hiding on fishing boat BV-97666.TS owned by Mr. V.V.L (born in 1952, residing in Vung Tau ward).
At about 12:15 on the same day, when the fishing boat had just arrived at Cat Lo fishing port (Phuoc Thang ward, Ho Chi Minh City), the Border Guard Station of Vung Tau port coordinated with the General Investigation Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police to inspect the vehicle, thereby discovering and arresting the subject in hiding.
Currently, the unit is completing the initial file and handing it over to the General Investigation Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police for receipt and handling according to its authority.
