On April 14, Ninh Binh Provincial Police informed that Police Force 113 of the Provincial Police had just patrolled and controlled, promptly detecting and preventing groups of young people carrying dangerous weapons in the area.
Previously, through patrol and control work, in the early morning of April 12, Police Force 113 under the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of the Provincial Police presided over and coordinated with Phu Van Ward Police to organize patrols and controls on Ngo Gia Tu street in Phu Van ward, detecting a group of young people with suspicious signs gathering to cause public disorder. When functional forces were detected, the group of young people immediately ran away.
The task force promptly prevented and arrested one subject, seizing 2 homemade swords. During interrogation, the subject confessed his name was Truong Nam P (born in 2009, residing in Nhan Ha commune, Ninh Binh province).
Currently, the police agency is continuing to investigate and clarify the case, and pursue the escaped subjects for handling according to the provisions of law.
